Work Environment\n

As a telehealth facility, we embrace modern technology to provide a flexible working environment that allows for comprehensive mental health care from the comfort of your home or another remote location. Our work schedule typically consists of Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient appointments. Each therapist is equipped with the necessary tools and access to our electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure efficient documentation and client management.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally aware mental health assessments that effectively capture patients' unique experiences and needs.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to individual cultural backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this telehealth position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
