Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and needs, enabling personalized treatment.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment data and client goals, and continually adjust these plans to reflect progress and changes.

• Provide a range of therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Regularly monitor and document clients' progress, maintaining detailed records that inform treatment adjustments and outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

• Act as an advocate for clients, promoting their rights and access to necessary mental health services and community resources.

• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical practice as stipulated by state licensing boards and professional organizations.

Qualifications\n
