Accounting Administrative Assistant

. You will play an important role in keeping information organized and making sure documents and requests get to the right people.

As the

Accounting Administrative Assistant

, you will be responsible for:

Monitoring a shared accounting inbox Reviewing, printing, and routing incoming documents Organizing AP-related emails and supporting paperwork Answering and directing department phone calls Taking accurate messages and routing requests appropriately Filing and maintaining organized records Providing general administrative support to the accounting team Assisting with related office tasks as needed

You will work in a

quiet, professional environment

where you can manage your responsibilities independently while having an approachable manager available when questions come up.

To be considered for this Accounting Administrative Assistant opportunity, you should have:

Previous

office, administrative, or clerical experience Comfort working with email, phones, printers, and standard office equipment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Clear, professional, and friendly communication Ability to

learn quickly and work independently Dependability and availability to begin soon

Previous accounting, accounts payable, payroll, or bookkeeping exposure is

helpful, but not required
