Key Responsibilities

In this role, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough physical therapy evaluations for patients, including children of all ages, to accurately assess their needs.
• Developing and executing individualized treatment plans based on the evaluation results and overall patient goals.
• Regularly reassessing patient progress by monitoring clinical signs and symptoms, and adjusting treatment plans to meet evolving needs.
• Documenting all patient interactions meticulously, including SOAP notes, progress summaries, and detailed care plans, using our electronic health record system.
• Educating patients and their families about the rehabilitation process, addressing potential challenges, and providing supportive resources.
• Meeting or exceeding utilization goals and other business objectives while ensuring the highest quality of care.
• Collaborating with colleagues across various disciplines to deliver coordinated care for clients receiving multiple services.
• Upholding the core values and culture of Physiocare and serving as an advocate for our mission within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse range of patients, reflecting various ages, races, and diagnoses. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with individuals recovering from surgeries, managing chronic conditions, or seeking rehabilitation after injuries. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor's or higher degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A current and unrestricted state licensure to practice physical therapy in California.
• The willingness to conduct evaluations and treatment sessions both in-person and via telehealth when appropriate.
• A strong desire and commitment to working with a diverse array of clients from varied backgrounds.

Preferred Experience
