Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Empower Well Therapy, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate therapy sessions, both remotely and in-person when required, focusing on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and addressing mental health issues.

• Specialize in various areas of family therapy, including but not limited to alcohol abuse, grief and loss, job stress, and adjustment to major life transitions such as divorce or blended family dynamics.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities to provide effective interventions.
\n
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to promote optimal outcomes.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients that may have comorbid conditions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on diverse populations, including adults and children/adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges. You will be instrumental in providing support for:

Qualifications\n
