Holly, NJ (On-Site) Compensation: $18.00 per hour Employment Type: Temporary (Approx. 1 Month) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Job Summary: Our Client in Mt. Holly, NJ is seeking a Medical Records Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time temporary opportunity lasting approximately one month and paying $18.00 per hour. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining confidentiality while assisting with medical records processing and department projects. Responsibilities:Medical Records Processing: Process pending medical records requests in a timely and accurate manner. Project Support: Assist with special projects assigned by the Medical Records department. HIPAA Compliance: Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations. Team Communication: Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding request status and documentation. Records Management: Organize and manage electronic files and records. Requirements:Microsoft Office Skills: Comfortable working within Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Teams. EHR Experience: Prior experience with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) is a plus, but not required. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes. Independence: Ability to work independently once trained. Interested?
