Key Responsibilities\n

Your daily responsibilities as an LMFT will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments for individuals, couples, and families to identify issues related to mental health and relationship dynamics.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions and developing individualized treatment plans.
\n
• Facilitating therapy sessions for couples to improve communication and resolve conflicts, as well as conducting individual therapy sessions.
\n
• Addressing a range of issues, including but not limited to: alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, job stress, blended family dynamics, and adjustments related to separation and divorce.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans within our digital health record system.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for our clients.

Qualifications\n
