Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual, couples, and family therapy sessions while maintaining a client-centered approach.

• Assessing client needs and developing tailored treatment plans that address their unique situations, focusing on conflict resolution and communication improvement.
\n
• Facilitating discussions in therapy that address various issues including but not limited to alcohol abuse, grief and loss, job stress, and relationship conflicts.
\n
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions to foster positive client outcomes.
\n
• Documenting patient progress and maintaining accurate clinical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
\n
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to account for medical issues and enhance holistic care.
\n
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be working with a diverse range of clients encompassing adults as well as children and adolescents. Your practice will involve addressing complex family dynamics, including blended families, conflicts among family members, and situational adjustments related to separation and divorce. Your insight and experience will be vital in helping clients overcome challenges related to communication difficulties and stress management.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active state license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this position is competitive, with a salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually. In addition to competitive base pay, we offer:
