Responsibilities Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email. Provide information about insurance policies, coverage details, and claims processes. Assist clients with policy changes, updates, and renewals. Investigate and resolve customer issues or concerns with empathy and professionalism. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
