$110,000+ yearly DOE

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in family law cases, ensuring their rights and interests are protected throughout the legal process.

• Collaborate with colleagues to develop comprehensive legal strategies that align with a client-centered approach.

• Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and provide informed advice to clients.

• Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements, with precision and attention to detail.

• Negotiate settlements and agreements, striving for amicable resolutions that meet clients' needs and goals.

• Maintain open and empathetic communication with clients, keeping them informed and involved in their cases.

• Participate in court hearings and trials, presenting cases effectively and advocating passionately for clients' best interests.

Qualifications:

• At least four years of experience in family law.

• License to practice law in South Carolina.

• Experience in representing clients in family law cases, including divorce, custody, and support matters.

• Proven track record of developing and executing effective legal strategies in collaboration with colleagues.

• Ability to conduct thorough legal research and provide informed, client-centered advice.

• Strong skills in drafting, reviewing, and filing precise legal documents, such as pleadings and motions.

• Demonstrated ability to negotiate settlements and agreements that align with clients' goals and needs, fostering amicable resolutions when possible.
