Minimum 6 months Paraprofessional or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting K–12 students as a dedicated paraprofessional. In this role, you'll deliver individualized, one-to-one assistance to a student with moderate to severe learning and behavioral needs, helping them access their education and thrive in a dynamic school environment.

What You'll Do:

• Work 32 hours per week, partnering with teachers, specialists, and support staff to carry out the student’s IEP goals
• Reinforce academic material, adapt activities, and encourage participation across classroom and school settings
• Support positive behavior strategies, effective communication, and daily routines, promoting greater student independence
• Assist with transitions, safety, and overall well-being, maintaining a supportive and nurturing rapport
• Track progress and collaborate with the educational team to inform instructional strategies

What We’re Seeking:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional in elementary, middle, or high school settings
• Strong understanding of learning differences and behavioral supports
• Compassion, patience, and the ability to build trust with students
• Team player mindset, ready to communicate actively with staff and families
• Familiarity with IEP implementation and adapting to student-specific needs
