Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conduct thorough evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions and develop personalized treatment plans that are regularly reviewed and updated in compliance with clinic policies.

• Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 clients per week, providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to diverse needs.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients, understanding their concerns, and adapting treatment modalities as necessary.

• Employ creativity in therapeutic interventions to help clients set and achieve meaningful goals.

• Document detailed session notes and treatment progress in accordance with clinic protocols, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

• Collaborate with case managers, family members, educational staff, and medical professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, ensuring all aspects of their treatment journey are addressed.
