Customer Service Healthcare Representative - Onsite

Customer Service Healthcare Representative – Orlando Location: 707 Mendham Blvd, Orlando, FL, 32825 Responsibilities Our Healthcare agents help ResultsCX customers with a wide range of healthcare related inquiries. Calls will include detailed reviews and change requests on member insurance plans, healthcare screening or appointment scheduling, assisting members with finding a primary care physician in their network, and more. We handle both inbound calls and outbound campaigns to inform customers about changes that may affect them. Requirements Education: High school diploma or GED required Typing skills: Ability to type 25 words per minute Technical proficiency: Ability to toggle between multiple systems while communicating with the customer; intermediate/advanced proficiency required Availability: Open availability 7 days a week Pay: On‑site CSR pay rates start at $13/hr during training; rates vary by program fit during selection Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from work daily Residency: Live within 50 miles of 707 Mendham Blvd, Orlando, FL, 32825 Personality: Extroverted, enjoys networking, collaboration, and socialization; thrives on social connections, in‑person mentoring, and uncapped career growth Location & Work Environment Work from our office located at 707 Mendham Blvd, Orlando, FL, 32825.
