Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to gather comprehensive background information and understand client needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique challenges, focusing on areas such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active state license or certification specific to the practice of mental health counseling (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW).

• At least two years of direct experience working with clients in a mental health setting.

• Proficient interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Experience utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred but not required, as we provide training on our specific software.
