HR SpecialistLocation: Columbus, OHEmployment Type: Full-Time | OnsiteSalary: $65,000 – $75,000Our client is looking for a dynamic and detail-driven HR Specialist to join a premier senior living community, renowned for its commitment to luxury, compassion, and excellence in care. As part of a respected, privately owned organization, this onsite role is essential in streamlining HR operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and cultivating a supportive and engaging employee experience for this location.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and conduct regular audits to ensure complianceSupport recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and preparing offer lettersFacilitate onboarding and orientation, including I-9 processing, training coordination, and benefits communicationServe as a point of contact for employee inquiries and act as a liaison between staff and HR leadershipTrack open positions and provide timely updates to leadershipContribute to HR initiatives and help enhance internal processes and policiesQualifications3+ years of hands-on HR experience, with demonstrated success in managing employee relations, training, and onboarding.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred, but not required.Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across all levels of the organization.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS and ATS platforms is a strong plus.Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, professionalism, and integrity.Why Join This Team?Be part of a compassionate and collaborative workplaceMake a direct impact on employee satisfaction and operational successWork in a stable and respected organization with a strong community presence
