Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to gain a thorough understanding of each client’s needs.

• Collaborate closely with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that address their specific mental health goals while considering their cultural backgrounds and personal circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in various settings including individual, couple, family, and group therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention services, employing de-escalation techniques and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and continuous care for patients in acute distress.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, following clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Create and deliver psychoeducation sessions for clients and their families to empower them with knowledge and skills for effectively managing mental health conditions.

• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to coordinate care, ensuring that all aspects of a patient’s health are addressed.

• Regularly conduct outcome assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make necessary adjustments to improve patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $70,000 to $84,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
