Key Responsibilities\n

  Engage directly with clients through telehealth sessions, providing clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for those experiencing major mental illnesses and serious emotional disorders.

  Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members to establish shared objectives and improve service delivery. This includes participating in case consultations and contributing to team strategies aimed at enhancing patient care.

  Provide crisis intervention as needed, identifying and addressing acute situations that may compromise a client's safety or well-being.

  Perform brief evidence-based screenings and, when appropriate, facilitate referrals for more detailed assessments.

  Assure compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies when delivering care, especially concerning confidentiality and client rights.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve serving clients with a wide range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to major depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and other emotional disorders. Emphasis is placed on working within a framework that promotes empowerment, choice, and individualized care. You will be accountable for managing a caseload that reflects a variety of ages, socio-economic backgrounds, and cultural identities, ensuring that care is sensitive and relevant to each individual's context.

  A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

  Current licensure as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n
