A leading national organization is seeking a customer-focused HR Shared Services Leave Coordinator to join its Human Resources team. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding Leave of Absence (LOA) and accommodation inquiries. Handle a high volume of inbound phone calls while providing exceptional customer service and resolving employee questions. Guide employees through leave and ADA accommodation processes with empathy, professionalism, and accuracy. Create, update, and manage leave cases from initiation through resolution. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all case information is entered correctly into HR systems. Utilize case management and ticketing systems to track employee requests and case progress. Collaborate with HR partners and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of employee requests. Manage multiple priorities while meeting service level agreements and maintaining strict confidentiality. Qualifications Previous experience in HR, HR Shared Services, Benefits, Leave Administration, Employee Relations, or a related customer service environment. Comfortable handling heavy inbound phone volume throughout the workday. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic phone presence. Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document complex information. Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency navigating multiple computer systems while speaking with employees. Experience supporting Leave of Absence, ADA accommodations, FMLA, or HR case management is a plus but not required.
