Accounts Payable Coordinator

Company Description Risser's Poultry, Inc. is centrally located in Lititz, PA and provides a range of poultry services including pullet, spent hen, and broiler transport, contracted broiler production, cage-free egg production, and custom pullet growing. The company partners with an extensive network of contracted farms throughout Lancaster County to support broiler production and pullet growing. Risser's Poultry, Inc. also contracts for cage-free and organic egg production, with over 100,000 birds currently in production. Team members join a growing, operations-focused organization that values reliable service and strong relationships with local producers. Role Description This is a professional position that is an integral role in servicing customers as well as vendors for Risser's Poultry, Inc. and its entities. The accounts payable coordinator will use their organizational skills to process the accounts payable for 6 different entities. The Accounts Payable Coordinator will need to effectively communicate with customers, vendors, and growers. Other administrative tasks may need to be completed as needed to support the Controller. This position directly reports to the Controller. Qualifications Experience with accounting and bookkeeping functions Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills and attention to detail Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks with little supervision Must possess good written and verbal communication abilities Must have excellent customer service skills Proficiency with technology, required: Microsoft office applications.Experience with Sage Intacct and share point a plus. High school diploma and 1 year + working in an office setting Must possess good technical skills and the ability to use copiers, printers, scanners, fax, etc. Must be a relationship builder; a team player with all departments. #J-18808-Ljbffr Risser's Poultry, Inc.
