As our Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support for the Homeowner Service (HOS) Department. Document HOS calls in Corrigo; operate and maintain service software system; run and distribute monthly reports; process and input GKD and photos in Corrigo for every home that closes. Coordinate homeowner service appointments with homeowners, HOS Managers and Trade Partners. Monitor and maintain voice mail and emergency system.
A Bachelor's Degree from 4-year university or college preferred; at least 2-3 years of administrative, and/or customer service experience; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. K.
