Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapeutic sessions with individuals, couples, and families, utilizing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health challenges and relationship dynamics, crafting personalized treatment plans that prioritize client goals and therapeutic outcomes.

• Employ diagnostic assessments to identify underlying issues and develop effective interventions, adjusting as necessary to reflect client progress and feedback.

• Collaborate with other health professionals within the clinic to ensure cohesive, holistic care for clients, attending regular meetings to discuss patient cases and interventions.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical assessments and progress notes, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and training, to stay informed about the latest therapeutic techniques and mental health trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client demographic includes individuals and families facing various mental health challenges. Our clients may range from children to seniors experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and family dynamics issues. Your role as an LMFT will be crucial in guiding them through their therapeutic journeys and providing them with the tools to lead fulfilling lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services, preferably in a community health setting.

• Proven proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and formulating individualized treatment plans.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively establish rapport with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

• A strong commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and ethical practice within the mental health field.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a remote or hybrid therapeutic setting.

• Knowledge of additional therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based practices.

• Experience in crisis intervention and conflict resolution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
