Enterprise Account Executive

We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our fast-growing team. In this position, you will be tasked with leading AgVend's future growth by building trusted relationships with the nation's most innovative agribusinesses. Your role will be to originate, develop, and close complex enterprise partnerships, guiding executive stakeholders through the evaluation and adoption of AgVend's platform to drive material strategic and operational outcomes. You will report to AgVend's VP of Sales and play a central role in defining AgVend's enterprise go-to-market strategy for ag retailers, distributors, and manufacturers. While we feel strongly about periodically being in person together, we operate a distributed-first team model. We are looking for the best regardless of where you live.

You are a seasoned salesperson capable of engaging in business-level and technical conversations at all levels of an organization, including the C-suite/GMs, and cross-functional leaders. You are comfortable initiating complex, multi-threaded sales cycles and navigating long, consultative buying processes through to close. You are used to building value in competitive situations and enjoy working on products that require deep understanding. You excel at orchestrating technical, commercial, and executive alignment across complex customer organizations. Finally, you are an organization builder. You like to actively participate in the development of our sales process, the articulation of our value proposition, and the growth of our product and team.

You do what you say you will do.

  • Acquire new accounts You will lead complex, net-new enterprise and expansion sales cycles with some of the nation's largest and most innovative ag agribusinesses, translating proven platform value into $500k+ partnerships.
  • Own executive-level relationships and upsell The key to any SaaS model's success is retention and account growth. You will partner with each account's dedicated Partnership Strategy Manager, owning executive relationships and expansion strategy to drive long-term account growth.
  • "Change your own oil" We are a highly efficient team and expect you to independently originate and develop your pipeline, from first conversation through close.
  • Lead with outcomes, not features You anchor sales conversations in executive-level impact and measurable business value.
