Bookkeeper Opportunity
A small office team of 56 people is seeking an experienced bookkeeper to manage financial operations. The ideal candidate will have several years of bookkeeping experience, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required.
Responsibilities Include:
- Handle bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare reports and assist with financial organization
- Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations
Ideal Qualifications:
- Several years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work part-time, with flexibility on schedule
