Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, strengths, and available support systems.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based treatment approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting specific, measurable goals and interventions tailored to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Engage in regular collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other treatment team members to coordinate seamless client care.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning as required, ensuring clients receive immediate support during critical situations.

• Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
