Real Estate Assistant

Job Description We are seeking a Real Estate Assistant. You will handle various real estate activities. Responsibilities Assist with preparation of engagement letters, contracts, and leases Track purchase agreements and leases with buyers and sellers Prepare market analysis to help determine property value Complete zoning applications Interact with permitting agencies to obtain project approvals Coordinate project delivery with architects, engineers, and consultants Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from a four‑year college or university Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Provide writing sample) Strong interest in real estate, property management, or other related fields Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases Ability to build rapport Strong negotiation skills Understanding of real estate financing models Outstanding skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint #J-18808-Ljbffr 6AM City, LLC
