Senior Director of Development Orlando Shakes in Partnership with UCF Orlando, Florida Salary: $90,000–$110,000 Orlando Shakes, one of the Southeast's leading professional regional theaters, seeks an experienced and strategic Senior Director of Development to lead all contributed revenue initiatives and help shape the organization's next chapter of growth. Reporting to the Executive Director, this senior leadership position oversees fundraising strategy, major gifts, corporate sponsorships, grants, annual campaigns, and donor engagement while managing a collaborative development team. The ideal candidate will have at least seven years of nonprofit development leadership experience, a proven record of securing major gifts and institutional funding, and exceptional relationship-building skills. Experience in the performing arts and with CRM platforms such as Spektrix, Tessitura, or Salesforce is preferred.
