Although you will primarily work from home, you will also have access to our outpatient office facilities in Redmond, where you can collaborate with peers and participate in team activities.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients, examining their mental health needs, history, and goals to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families, drawing from a variety of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy.

• Engage in clinical supervision and collaborate with other professionals in the field to enhance skills and stay abreast of industry best practices.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines and confidentiality regulations, ensuring that all client information is handled with the utmost care and integrity.

• Regularly evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Utilize telehealth tools effectively for client sessions, maximizing engagement and therapeutic impact.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals, couples, and families navigating various life transitions and challenges. This includes managing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. You will play a vital role in helping clients enhance their coping strategies, improve communication, and build healthier relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Must possess an active, independent license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing therapeutic services, with demonstrated expertise in personalized care planning.

Compensation and Benefits\n
