Production Manager

FRSTeam is seeking a service-focused, friendly professional to join our team as a Production Manager. Compassion, empathy, and patience are key traits of a successful candidate. We seek an individual with strong decision-making skills and the ability to work well with change. The Production Manager must be able to multi-task and show great attention to detail.

Job hours are typically Monday – Friday, 7:00 am-4:30 pm, overtime may be available daily and some Saturdays.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee inventory, emergency orders, and quality control
• Manage people resources, storage, supplies, equipment maintenance, plant organization, vehicle maintenance
• Supervise production labor
• Support the professional growth and development of staff
• Responsible for hiring, disciplining, and terminating employees
• Review, follow-up billings and handle customer escalations
• Reports directly to VP
• Additional reasonable duties as assigned

Required Experience:

• Professional communication skills, people-oriented and highly organized.
• Clean driving record and background.
• Ability to consistently lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
• Spanish Speaking a plus
• Well Groomed and Great communicator
