Urologic Oncologist (Fellowship-Trained)

We are looking for a fellowship-trained Urologic Oncologist to become part of our expanding program based in Minneapolis.

• Become a member of a well-established team consisting of three Urologic Oncologists, supported by dedicated Advanced Practice Clinicians.
• Experience a hybrid "Privademic" model that merges academic excellence with community accessibility and efficiency.
• Work alongside over 100 oncology specialists across various fields, including surgical, medical, radiation, and supportive oncology.
• Engage in comprehensive multidisciplinary tumor boards.
• Gain access to investigator-initiated, cooperative group, and industry-sponsored clinical trials.

Our organization is dedicated to equipping physicians with state-of-the-art technology and resources, including:

• Focal One® Robotic High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU)
• BK Ultrasound technology for both clinic and operating room use.
• Modern operating suites located within the Richard M. Schulze Surgical and Critical Care Center.
• AI-enhanced clinical documentation tools.
• Robotic surgical platforms and advanced minimally invasive surgical techniques.

• Completion of a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) program, or an equivalent from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of a urology residency and eligibility or certification in Urology.
• Completion of an SUO or another accredited fellowship/advanced training in Urologic Oncology.

• Familiarity with Epic Electronic Medical Records.
• Experience and training in robotic surgery.

• Must possess a valid Physician license from the MN Board of Medical Practice upon hire.
• Must fulfill at least one of the following requirements:
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association
  • BLS certification from the American Red Cross
  • Completion of Allina in-house BLS training within 90 days of hire
• Drug Enforcement Agency Certificate required upon hire.
• Prescription Monitoring Program registration required upon hire.
• National Provider Identifier required upon hire.
