This full-time position offers a salary range of USD 90,000 – 105,000 yearly , along with a hire-on bonus. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs, including crisis and pre-crisis planning.

• Document all clinical interactions and treatment progress in compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring high standards are met.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team to deliver effective and targeted interventions.

• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to craft and implement positive behavior support plans, promoting optimal client engagement and management.

• Actively engage in the agency’s licensing and accreditation processes to ensure compliance and quality improvement.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and relevant systems, including state agencies and community partners, to facilitate access to necessary services.

• Establish and nurture effective communication channels, striving to meet contractual obligations and advance the agency's mission.

• Identify and cultivate partnerships with local and national organizations, enhancing opportunities for program development and funding.

• Engage in professional development activities, such as attending relevant conferences and workshops, to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse patient population that includes individuals facing emotional challenges, recovery from addiction, and those requiring support for developmental disabilities or brain injuries. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in a behavioral health field is required.

• Possession of an independent LMHC license issued by the state board.
