Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, establishing collaborative treatment goals during initial consultations.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), designed to address specific client issues.

• Provide targeted therapeutic support for clients dealing with PTSD, creating a secure atmosphere conducive to healing and recovery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $85,000.00 to $117,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
