Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health needs and personal goals of clients, ensuring a personalized approach to treatment.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities to address a wide spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders.

• Collaborate with clients to design comprehensive treatment plans, incorporating measurable goals and evidence-based interventions tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, ensuring their safety, stability, and access to necessary resources.

• Engage with clients and their families in educational discussions about mental health conditions, effective coping strategies, and available community support services.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, session notes, and progress evaluations, in line with ethical standards and legal regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or equivalent credential.

• At least three years of professional experience in providing outpatient therapy services in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
