Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to ethical standards.

• Conduct regular sessions to monitor client progress, discussing goals, upcoming appointments, and readiness for discharge when appropriate.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s objectives and needs, ensuring adherence to best practices in mental health care.

• Document all sessions thoroughly, maintaining accurate and timely progress notes to track client developments and treatment efficacy.

• Carry out comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs and develop appropriate intervention strategies.

• Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions, adapting methodologies to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

• Engage in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback on therapy techniques.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic care to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Greatmind Seattle Therapy, you will work with a varied population comprising adults, children, and families dealing with a range of mental health issues. Your expertise will be vital in helping clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties, all within a supportive environment designed for healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credentials.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in an outpatient clinical setting.

• Proficiency in using technology, including RMS systems, Excel spreadsheets, and email platforms.

• Demonstrated capability in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

• Comfort with conducting intake assessments to evaluate and direct client needs.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience within a community health clinic or similar setting is highly desirable but not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, aligned with your experience and qualifications.
