Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in individual and couples therapy sessions with a diverse clientele, tailored to meet their specific therapeutic needs.

• Perform timely documentation, including notes and record-keeping for all therapy sessions in accordance with our compliance and quality standards.

• Utilize a billing service to manage claims, verify client benefits, and facilitate payment plans, ensuring a stress-free financial process for your clients.

• Maintain an organized schedule by coordinating ongoing appointments and managing an updated calendar for all client interactions.

• Demonstrate adaptability by working effectively with various clinical presentations, ranging from anxiety and depression to substance use disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in our detox center, you will serve a varied patient population, including individuals seeking support for substance dependency, mental health disorders, and those requiring transitional support during their recovery journey. Your role will be pivotal in providing a safe space for clients to explore their emotions, promote healing, and work towards sustainable recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work is required.

• Active, unrestricted LCSW license to practice independently in New York State.

• Excellent therapeutic boundaries and professional demeanor, alongside cultural competency and self-motivation.

• Minimum availability of 20-25 hours per week, including at least two evenings per week to accommodate client schedules.
