Digital Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will provide critical support to the Vet Digital Marketing team across a diverse portfolio of initiatives. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to help drive projects forward across multiple channels- including websites, data analytics, email marketing, social media, and live or virtual events. Key Responsibilities Project & Traffic Management: Track the status of ongoing initiatives to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Maintain timelines, project trackers, and action items. Agency Management: Assist in day-to-day communications and coordination with external agencies and vendor partners to keep deliverables aligned with goals. Multi-Channel Campaign Support: Provide tactical execution and coordination support across a wide range of marketing pillars: Websites: Assist with content updates, QA testing, and page tracking. Data: Help gather metrics, pull basic performance reports, and organize marketing data. Email: Support the scheduling, testing, and deployment of email campaigns. Social Media: Assist with content calendar coordination, asset gathering, and post-scheduling. Events: Help coordinate digital deliverables, promotional assets, and logistical details for upcoming events. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as an organized hub between team members, creative resources, and external partners to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
