Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle. Ensure all work complies with current National Electrical Code (NEC) standards. Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical drawings. Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, customers, subcontractors, and other trades. Complete daily reports, labor tracking, material usage, and project documentation. Utilize company software for time entry, project tracking, and change order documentation. Assist with job walks, estimating, material takeoffs, and procurement. Monitor project schedules and communicate project status, timelines, and potential issues. Promote a safety-first culture while delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. What you must have: Minimum5 years of Journeyman Electrician experiencein commercial construction or facilities. Experience working inoccupied commercial buildings, healthcare facilities, high-rise, or multi-tenant environments. Strong understanding of current National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements. Ability to read and interpret construction documents and electrical plans. OSHA 10 certification preferred. Valid Arizona Driver’s License with a clean driving record. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
