Full‑Time Customer Service Representative We are looking to hire a new CSR. Job Description Schaeffer’s Customer Service Representatives are tasked primarily with providing our subscribers and internal departments with a positive experience while servicing accounts, supporting sales and handling customer concerns. Duties and Responsibilities Handle any credit card and PayPal disputes through the review of calls, emails, and notes on contact records Compile information to fight disputes on behalf of the company Assist subscribers with account maintenance, website navigation and general questions, via emails, phone and/or live chats Internal account maintenance including but not limited to combining duplicate records, handling email deliverability issues, redistributing book assignments when requested by management Reviewing sections of OA newsletter for accuracy Manually modifying subscription terms as required by specific promotions Monitor overnight voicemails and route accordingly Manage the credit card dispute process such as tracking cases, providing rebuttals, transcribing sales calls #J-18808-Ljbffr
