School Security | West Lawn, PA | $20.00 per Hour
KRE Security, LLC is hiring a dependable and professional Unarmed Security Officer for a permanent, full-time position at a school campus in West Lawn, PA. This position offers a consistent Monday-through-Friday schedule with no nights, no weekends, and no rotating shifts. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone seeking stable daytime hours, competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities to earn additional income at school events. Schedule Monday–Friday
7:15 AM–3:45 PM

- Permanent school assignment
- Consistent weekday hours
- Team-oriented work environment
- Maintain a visible, professional security presence throughout the campus
- Monitor entrances, exits, and visitor access
- Conduct routine patrols of the school building and surrounding grounds
- Observe and report suspicious activity, safety concerns, or policy violations
- Complete clear, accurate, and timely incident reports
- Work professionally with school administrators, staff, students, visitors, and supervisors
- Assist with maintaining a safe, welcoming, and orderly school environment
- Follow all site procedures and emergency response protocols
- Respond calmly and professionally to incidents when necessary
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining reliable attendance
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to remain calm, alert, and professional in a school environment
- Ability to stand, walk, and conduct patrols throughout the shift
- Must successfully complete all required background checks and school clearances
- Guidance will be provided throughout the clearance process; applicants are responsible for associated fees
- Previous security, customer service, military, law enforcement, corrections, education, or public safety experience is preferred but not required
- Security experience is not required—we will train the right candidate
- Paid Time Off begins accruing after 60 days of employment
