Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs, strengths, and resources.

• Provide high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that address client-specific goals and interventions, regularly reviewing and adjusting plans as necessary.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and perform risk assessments to ensure client safety and manage acute situations effectively.

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards, using electronic health record systems.

• Lead psychoeducational groups, delivering information and support on various topics related to mental health and recovery.

• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure coordinated care and advocate for client needs within the therapeutic environment.

• Assist clients in understanding their treatment options and empower them to take an active role in their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges between USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, in addition to a generous sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
