Production Supervisor

Meet Charlie (Charlotte or Charles fictional Supervisor). Charlie walks onto the floor like a true people-first leader. They've got one eye on the process, one on the team, and both hands ready to jump in when things get busy. Charlie doesn't just keep production moving they build trust, coach others, and turn challenges into wins.

Now we need another Charlie. Maybe it's you.

Your Mission (should you choose to accept it):

You'll step into one of our frontline leaders who keeps our snack operations safe, smooth, and successful. Think: people leadership meets process mastery. You'll guide daily production, coach and develop team members, and help shape the future of our operation. And you won't do it alone you'll be mentored by experienced Supervisors and Managers as you grow your skills in problem-solving, safety, and quality.

Lead People

• Inspire, coach, and develop team members to reach their best.
• Foster a respectful, accountable, people-first culture.
• Kick off every shift with clear, focused huddles on goals, safety, and priorities.

Drive Operations

• Keep production safe, efficient, and on track from start to finish.
• Partner with Quality Assurance (QA) and operations teams to uphold safety, quality, and compliance.
• Step in to run equipment or provide coverage when needed to keep the team moving forward.

Ensure Excellence

• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Reinforce GMPs and food safety practices every day.
• Spot issues early, escalate fast, and keep the lines flowing.

Schedule & Flexibility: Training will take place on the day shift, with a gradual transition to second shift.
