Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive mental health diagnostic assessments, utilizing standardized tools and methods to gather and analyze client information.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that are responsive to the individual needs of clients, documenting ongoing evaluations and necessary adjustments in treatment strategies.

• Assess therapeutic interventions' efficacy, using outcome measures to refine approaches that improve client results.

• Provide empathetic support and practical guidance, empowering clients to navigate both their mental health challenges and cultural identity issues.

• Engage in meaningful collaboration with fellow therapists and interdisciplinary team members to address gaps in community health services.

• Utilize creative therapeutic interventions, including art therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and mindfulness techniques, to help clients achieve their goals.

• Participate in regular supervision and professional development sessions aimed at enhancing clinical practices and cultural competence.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve providing therapy to a diverse clientele, including individuals and families from various cultural backgrounds. You will help clients dealing with relational dynamics, life transitions, mental health issues such as anxiety and depression, as well as those facing unique challenges related to their cultural identities. Understanding and respecting each client’s unique context will be crucial for achieving positive outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or an equivalent credential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, supplemented with an attractive benefits package.
