The Director of Sales will lead the hotel's overall sales strategy and execution driving revenue across group, leisure, and business transient segments while overseeing catering sales and partnerships. As a key member of the hotel's Executive Committee, this leader plays an instrumental role in positioning The Seahaus Hotel as Atlantic City's premier destination for both business and leisure travelers.

Qualification Standards

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, or 25 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing.
• Licenses/Certificates: None required.
• Appearance: All curators must maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance in accordance with Coury Hospitality standards.
