Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to better understand clients' backgrounds, challenges, and goals.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and therapeutic objectives.

• Provide compassionate individual therapy utilizing various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness techniques.

• Set clear therapeutic goals with clients and monitor progress through regular follow-up sessions.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions to ensure accessibility for clients who prefer virtual meetings.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical standards and confidentiality regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve assisting individuals dealing with various mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and other trauma-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or possess a PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or related field from an accredited institution.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively across multiple clients and priorities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
