Customer Service & Sales Representative

Customer Service & Sales Support Representative Responsible for providing the highest quality of customer service to internal and external customers. This includes but is not limited to entering orders, answering customer inquiries via phone, e‑mail, and live chat, entering and processing return authorizations (RAs), processing change requests, maintaining the customer file, and escalating customer/system issues appropriately. Reports to the Customer Service & Sales Support Manager and is a member of the Customer Service & Sales Support team located in Torrance, CA. This is an on‑site role. Responsibilities Provide customer support via phone and e‑mail. Enter customer orders into the CRM system. Enter and process return authorizations. Answer customer inquiries via phone, e‑mail, and live chat. Process change requests. Maintain the customer file. Escalate customer and system issues appropriately. Essential Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent (GED). At least 1 year of experience in customer support. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Office and database management. Understanding of CRM and ERP system functionalities. Strong commitment to quality, efficiency, and effectiveness. Compensation & Benefits Hourly range: $23.00 - $27.00. Additional compensation may include bonus and incentive pay. Benefits include paid time off, medical, dental, vision insurance, and 401(k) for eligible employees.
