Work Environment\n

You will utilize telehealth technology to conduct sessions and collaborate with other professionals. Our team works Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, fostering a structured yet flexible work environment.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients through secure telehealth platforms, ensuring a safe and private environment.

• Perform comprehensive client assessments to identify immediate needs and long-term goals, tailoring treatment approaches accordingly.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities.

• Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation, including detailed notes and progress reports, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, equipping clients with strategies to cope with immediate emotional distress.

• Engage in regular case consultations with interdisciplinary teams to enhance care coordination and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse group of clients facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns. You will support individuals of different ages and backgrounds, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs and preferences. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Must hold an active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in the state of California.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience working as a mental health counselor, preferably in an outpatient setting.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently while effectively managing a caseload.

• Proficiency in the use of telehealth technology and electronic health record systems for documentation and client management.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
