Mechanical Assembler Flexible Schedule 4 10‑hour shifts and 5 8‑hour shifts with flexible start times. Salary Range $17.00 to $24.00 per hour Benefits & Perks Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance HSA/FSA options Accident & Critical Illness Insurance Short- and Long-Term Disability 401(k) with Employer Match Term Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program Employee‑of‑the‑Month and Year On‑site Welding Training and Certifications RITALKA University Employee Luncheons Family Company Picnic Community Volunteering Responsibilities Assembles mechanical components into controls of moderate complexity by following controlled documentation, standards and specifications Assembles hydraulic actuators by hand using hand tools bending tubing, drilling and taping Identifies appropriate assembly sequences to minimize unproductive time Ensures products are built and tested to meet customer requirements Identifies component shortages and coordinate parts tracking with purchasing / material handling department Coordinates work load with the assigned project manager to ensure design changes ECO changes are implemented into the overall assembly process Provides input into QC process improvements Qualifications Knowledge of designing, using, and repairing machines and tools, computer hardware and software, building machines, and using plans, blueprints, drawings, and models Math skills to solve problems The ability to read and understand written information Can identify problems and review information Has the ability to understand and follow detailed drawings, schematics, assembly drawings, customer specifications and assembly procedures Can lift 75 pounds Ability to troubleshoot hydraulic and mechanical schematics Can stand for 8 hours plus per day Understands and follows work order instructions including sign-off of assembly department dispatches Understands and follows existing quality control processes Has any combination of education and experience that provides the required skill and knowledge for successful performance We are an equal opportunity employer and consider all qualified applicants equally without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or disability status. #J-18808-Ljbffr
