Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify the emotional, social, and financial needs of students.

• Provide individualized and group counseling tailored to address issues such as adjustment disorders, grief, and coping with life changes.

• Work collaboratively with educators and educational staff to design interventions that support student mental health and academic success.

• Coordinate community resources and post-discharge services to ensure students have necessary support outside of the educational setting.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, offering immediate support to students and families facing acute mental health challenges.

• Develop and implement comprehensive discharge and follow-up plans to connect students and families with ongoing resources.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation that adheres to local and national privacy laws and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves the student population within a school setting, focusing on their mental health and emotional needs. You will support students from a variety of cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, ensuring access to appropriate mental health care and educational support. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
