Night Charge Nurse — Skilled Unit (LPN/RN)

National Church Residences in Columbus, Ohio is seeking an LPN or RN for the Skilled Unit on a PRN 7p-7a shift. The role includes supervising nursing staff, conducting rounds, and coordinating care plans in accordance with policy. You will administer medications, document accurately in MAR/TAR, monitor residents’ conditions, and communicate changes to the care team and families as appropriate.
