Proposal Manager

Managing the proposal development process, the remote Proposal Team Manager will oversee a team to create compelling business proposals that meet client requirements and drive growth, while ensuring timely and high-quality submissions on a contracted basis. Key responsibilities Lead the end-to-end proposal development process, ensuring compliance with client requirements and internal standards Supervise and mentor a team of proposal writers and coordinators, fostering a collaborative environment Develop proposal strategies that effectively address client needs and highlight the company's value proposition Required qualifications Minimum of 10 years in proposal management and/or 5 years in a leadership role Experience in Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) is preferred Strong project management and organizational abilities Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office Suite, and proposal management software Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple proposals simultaneously
