Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that reflect their individual goals and preferences.

• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address various mental health challenges.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, therapeutic options, and self-care strategies to empower them in their treatment journey.

• Monitor client progress throughout the duration of therapy, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current, active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
